Refund policy
Please be aware that in a world of automated machinery, minor imperfections are the soul of our products and proof that they were made by hand. Nevertheless, we verify all of our products prior to shipping for any damages. The customer is responsible for verifying the products of any issues and must notify Metrolineas, within 7 days of receiving the order, of any damages.
All returns must be received by Metrolineas within 14 days. Metrolineas has full discretion and reserves the right to deny any return or exchanges if the products received is not in new and unused condition. Shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please note that from our collection, nail polish is the non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is approved or not. If approved you'll be refunded on you original payment method within 10 days.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
