Shipping policy
All orders, US + International, over 35 USD receive Free Shipping and are shipped from NYC. Please allow 1-3 business days of processing time after payment confirmation. Once shipped, estimated delivery times for US and International orders are 2-4 business days and 5-8 business days respectively. Shipping rates for orders under 35 USD are calculated at checkout.
International orders are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying any custom duties or tax upon delivery when required.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. While we strive to do our best to meet our estimated delivery times, shipping delays and unforeseen circumstances my occur, such as weather/carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
Please ensure you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses that were provided incorrectly. If you made an order and realize the address is incorrect, please email us immediately at customersupport@metrolineas.com.
In the rare event the shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at customersupport@metrolineas.com within 3 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue promptly and provide instructions on next steps.
